A ~2,100-acre corridor along Pageland Lane rezoned in 2023 for up to ~23 million sq ft and roughly 1.7 GW across 34-37 buildings, once billed as the world's largest data-center campus. Developed by QTS (Blackstone) and Compass Datacenters, but a Prince William court voided the rezoning and the county dropped its legal defense, effectively killing the project by 2025-2026.
